
Happy Wellness Wednesday y’all! We have yet again, made it halfway through another week. I hope the energy has been light and positive for you, but if it hasn’t– then try asking yourself, “When was the last time I called a friend up?” or “Have I gone to the gym or made time for a nature walk or hike this week?”. Asking yourself questions like these can really shift things in our daily routines which can tend to feel a little boring or repetitive at times if we don’t make an effort to manage our wellness.
So! Do yourself and myself a favor and take care of yourself today. Whether it’s walking your dog somewhere different, painting, listening to your favorite playlist, or having your own version of a spa day can be good ways to keep our mental and physical health balanced and upbeat.
In addition to this, I want to let y’all know that I’ll be taking a small break (for just a few weeks) from posting any wellness blog content. The reason for this is because I’ll be dedicating all my focus and energy on finally completing the Archive column of this website. It’s been a long time comin’ and it’s something I’ve been trying to finish for months now…so! I’m happy I’m putting my foot down at last lol.
